Residential repainting

Interior and exterior painting

Residential repainting

Careful protection, proper preparation and a finish completed to the Superior standard across Brisbane and Moreton Bay.

Quality-driven repainting

A repaint is suitable when the existing coating system is still sound.

There are homes where repainting is exactly what is required. That still means completing the work properly.

I assess the existing coatings and substrates first, explain what I have allowed for and tell you honestly if the home needs a restoration approach.

We start with the condition

The coatings, previous work, exposure and substrate determine whether repainting is the correct service.

We protect the home first

Floors, paving, windows, gardens, furniture and finished areas are protected before preparation begins.

Dedicated to Superior Quality

You deal directly with me from the inspection through to the final walkthrough and completed result.

Interior painting

A considered finish for the whole interior.

Walls and ceilings are only part of an interior. Cornices, doors, frames, skirtings, VJ boards, joinery and earlier repairs all affect how the finished rooms come together.

We protect the areas around us and use professional dustless sanding systems wherever practical, keeping the work controlled while your home is in use.

Clean lines make preparation easy to see

Contemporary interiors

Clean lines make preparation easy to see

Broad walls, connected living areas and natural light show every part of the finish. We prepare the included surfaces carefully and coordinate colours and sheen so the completed interior feels consistent.

Trims, stairs and adjoining surfaces need controlled work

Interior details

Trims, stairs and adjoining surfaces need controlled work

Door frames, skirtings, stair edges and transitions between rooms need to read as one finished space. We allow the time required around those details and use dust extraction wherever practical during preparation.

The finish should suit the way the rooms are used

Modern family homes

The finish should suit the way the rooms are used

We discuss the areas being painted, how the household uses them and the finish required before work begins. Floors, furniture and adjoining finishes are protected throughout the project.

Exterior painting

Exterior repainting begins with a sound coating system.

Every exterior surface within our scope is thoroughly washed before preparation begins. Windows, paving, gardens and adjoining finishes are protected with suitable plastics, cardboard and cloth sheets so preparation and paint remain where they belong.

If the existing coating system needs more than repainting, I will explain that before asking you to invest in the wrong service.

The complete exterior should read as one result

Rendered homes

The complete exterior should read as one result

Rendered walls, eaves, fascia, gutters, doors and trims are assessed together. The written scope records the surfaces included and the preparation required before the new coating system is applied.

Premium painting is not limited to one style of home

Low-set brick homes

Premium painting is not limited to one style of home

Painted brickwork, gables, eaves, fascia, gutters, garage doors and trims all contribute to the result. We apply the same honest assessment and care to the family home you plan to keep.

Access and protection are planned before preparation starts

Architectural homes

Access and protection are planned before preparation starts

Height, glazing, paving, landscaping and finished outdoor spaces are considered at quotation stage. We protect the surrounding property and work through the exterior in controlled sections.

When repainting is appropriate

Repainting is appropriate when the existing coating system remains sound.

A repaint can renew and protect a well-maintained home. It should not be used to cover widespread failure. I inspect the existing coatings, substrates, exposure and previous work first so the quotation reflects what the property genuinely needs.

The home is protected

Areas outside the painting scope are covered before preparation so dust, debris and coatings remain controlled.

Preparation remains essential

Repainting does not mean rushed work. The included surfaces are cleaned, prepared and coated as detailed in the quotation.

Honest scope advice

If the existing system is not a reliable base, I explain why restoration is the more appropriate investment.

You receive honest advice and direct communication throughout the work.

The Superior approach

You receive honest advice and direct communication throughout the work.

I remain involved from the initial inspection through preparation, coating and the final walkthrough. If something unexpected is uncovered, I show you what has been found and discuss the options before additional work proceeds.

  • A written scope based on the actual condition of your home
  • Qualified painters and decorators completing the work
  • Care for the property and dedication to Superior quality

Before work begins

Planning your repaint

I would rather answer the important questions clearly before a project begins than leave a homeowner guessing once work is underway.

Can you complete both the interior and exterior?

Yes. We can assess both and discuss whether they should be completed together or staged around your priorities, access and budget.

Does a repaint mean minimal preparation?

No. Repainting describes the condition of the existing coating system, not a lower standard of workmanship. The preparation included in the quotation is still completed properly.

Can we remain in the home during interior work?

Often, yes. Where the scope allows it, we discuss the sequence with you and work through the home in a controlled way.
